A pigeon sits on a figure at the base of the Paul de Chomedey de Maisonneuve 1642 Statue in Place d'Armes near the Notre-Dame Basilica in Old Montreal. The sculpture of Montreal's founder, by Louis-Philippe Hebert, was dedicated in 1895.
